Warming Foods for YOU and FIDO



You and Fido will still need a sweater this weekend but here are some warming foods that can help cope with the frigid temperatures:

  • Raspberries

  • Garlic

  • Ginger

  • Cinnamon

  • Chicken

  • Pumpkin

  • Coconut

And if you need an idea for indoor mental exercise for Fido, here you go: take a small towel and lie it flat. Scatter treats all throughout. Roll up the towel then fold over both ends. See if Fido can figure out how to find the treats inside!
